Rights of auction p

I'm a bona-fide auction purchaser of an asset sold under bank auction. The borrower was a pvt limited company engaged in textile industry along with its directors. The borrower borrowed from 2 different industrial banks in the year 2008 pleading 5 items. One of the items mortgaged being a vacant land. Not a single due was paid. The demand notice and possession notice were duly issued by the banks. And one bank became the primary creditor using pari pasu. From 2016 auctions were held. The borrower raised no objections. But for 5 auctions none of the assets were sold off. During 2020 January I saw the newspaper ad and participated in the e auction and purchased the property. The borrower is claiming the property to be agriculture and want to use SARFAESI exemption. But the land is vacant with no agricultural activities carried out. Only neighbours are using it for their cattle to graze. One well with water is present in the land. And also free electricity connection for agriculture. Bank is claiming that when the valuation officer certified the land to be non agricultural land twice while mortgage was created the borrower didn't object to it. Will mere returns of agricultural income filed by borrower and revenue records certify the land to be agriculture? Also the land is situated in a remote place but no active agriculture is done. While the case was going on at the DRT the borrower paid the amnt for which the land was sold to me (after registration of land on my name) excluding the stamp duty charges. But that amnt was nearly 10 percent of the total amnt due to the banks. What rights do I have as an auction purchaser? I personally visited the land and ensured that its not agricultural land
