Domestic violence case- husband is not attending court proceedings since many hearing more than 10.

I got married five years ago. Husband was not happy with the marriage and insisted upon time to time to demand money from parents and used to beat me and its intensity increasing by and by and hence my parents get me back to my parental home after 21 months of my marriage. We have filed cases against them DV Act, 12, Criminal case 125 Cr.PC,, Maintenance case and Protest application u.s. 173(8) (as IO has not chargesheeted other leaving husband only). I have no issue (no child) 1- Domestic violence case has been filed against husband. He attended only once and thereafter he is not attending court proceedings since many hearing more than 10 (about 1 year has lapsed), His counsel moves adjournment applications again and again. Now what to do. 2- In the said DV case the court has ordered vide its Interim Order to husband for paying Bharan Poshan Rs. 8,000/- p.m. since the filing of DV petition but the husband has not complied with the same since 10 months have passed. 3- They have left the residence and shifted any other place and we are unable to get their addresses and notices are not served. Whether we may request the court to ask their counsel to provide latest address. 4- Whether even FIR is made and in Chargesheet his name sustained in the report of Investigation officer (SI) furnished, he may get renewed his passport as his passport was ending in Sept. 2021. In Chargesheet he has not mentioned his Passport Number. 5- It is learnt that he has left India. Whether he may left India without permission of the Court 6- He is in private employment based on Foreign Control company. The company was informed about the FIR. Whether he may give NOC for VISA to husband. 7- How I can get details of his income / assets i.e. immovable properties / residential address etc. 8- What type of actions may be taken against him. 9- What specific request may be made by me before the Hon'ble Court, since we are still at lower court stage. 10- Any other valuable specific suggestions in this regard.
