Tenant eviction (Property management fraud case)

I have an independent house in Chennai. In October 2021, I signed an agreement with a property management company to let my property for Rent. In December 2021, i was told by the property management company that they have found a tenant for me. I got the rent only for the first 2 months. After that whenever I called them asking for rent, they keep giving excuses that they have Audit issues and the rent will be delayed. I asked them several times to share the Tenant contact details but they never provided me the details. I called them every day but no one answered the call. Finally I sent my friend to my property and got the Tenant’s number. On April 20, 2022 my call to the Property management was attended by a lady (one of the impacted customer) who told me that the property management has cheated several hundred people and absconded with their money. It seems that they were signing Rental/Lease agreements with house owners and letting it out to Tenants for 4-5 lacs. Immediately I called the Tenant and conveyed the message. Only at that point of time I knew that the Tenant had signed a Lease agreement (Valid for one year and extendable for 3 years) with the property management and not a Rental agreement. I asked the Tenant to raise a compliant with the Police. How do I deal with the Tenant in this case? When I talked to him, he is not willing to vacate the house nor sign a new agreement with me. He keeps saying that his agreement is valid and is will only vacate if the Court Verdict says so. Please advise me on the below. 1. Does the Tenant have any legal right to stay in my house after December 2022 since his Lease agreement with the property management is for 1 year only? 2. As a house owner, what rights do i have? As the property management absconded, are both our agreements valid? 3. Do I have rights to ask the Tenant to vacate my property? What legal actions should I take as he is not cooperating. I am from a middle class family and am paying EMI on my property loan. I am worried that without a valid agreement someone is occupying my property and may cause damage. Kindly advise
