Can i sell my grandfathers lands which is undivided or partitioned?

Sir My grandfather(named A) and his brother(Named B) bought a property and registered equally 50:50 each. My grandfather(named A) has 4 children(1 girl and 3 boys)My father is the second son of my grandfather who is deceased back in 1997.After the death of my father the legal hirers mentioned are my grandmother, mother, my brother and myself. Few years my grandmother too died and legal hirers are My big father, my aunt and my dad's younger brother, my mother, my brother and myself. My parents had 2 children (me and my brother). My brother too died on 2005.My grandfather(named A) gives registered will of his 50% share to his wife and three sons equally. Grandfather brother(Named B) given a registered will of just 25% of his 50% share to three sons of (named A). I want to sell inherited share of my mom and me. Can this be done because the brothers of my deceased father are not willing to give any share in the property. Im married and have 2 children and im physically and financially weak to battle a court case. Total land area is 33.5 cents. now my grandfather(Named A) will is half of 33.5 cents 16.75cents which is registered will as mentioned above. My grandfather brother( Named B) gave registered will of 25% share which is half of 16.75 which is roughly 8.375 cents. Remaining 8.375 cents document is not with me and dont know whether he gave a will or not. May i know how to know whether remaining 8.375 cents is in registered will or not? Also let me know how much share in Sq.feet of land me and my mom entitled to? Further this land has rental buildings whose rents are being taken by my father's younger brother for the past 12 years and didnt give any money to us from the rent till date. is there anyway is could get the details of the survey number because the document is registered in year 1970's and on enquiring in register office they told they need to survey the land for which i requested the govt surveyer but he didnt survey by the influence of my father's younger brother. Kindly need your suggestion how to get the FMB and survey number of my property. Also is there anyway i could sell the undivided land without the consent of the other co owners?.
