Property sold by joint owner as sole owner

My grandfather was recorded as shreni 7 and 9 of as many as 9 khasra in 1960. later on he was declared as sirdar of a single khasra during chakbandi. He bacame bhumidar with transferable rights by operation of law. Now after his and my father's death my uncle started disposing the property as sole owner. He showed his ownership by virtue of a sale deed purchased in his name(minor) by grandfather in June 1959. These were six khasra and they matched with the nine khasra which was recorded in my grandfather's name. So my uncle claimed that he is the owner of the land and records doesn't matter. Later i found out that the same property was reconveyed by my grandfather as gurdian in oct 1959 and it was never challenged. So as per my knowledge he became bhumidar shreni 1 owner of the land and after his death i became his successor. My name is recorder in khatauni from 1999 but my uncle has sold the entire land. I also filed a injunction case in civil but did not get any remedy it is still pending but no temporary injunction was granted. My query is that am i the owner and how do I claim back. People have built houses and living in the same land. My uncle claims that since he was minor my dadu had no right to reconvey his property without permission of court. But as far as my knowledge he could have said that only if he had gone for cancellation of same after becoming major in 1973. please solve
