Pathway to Access Panchayat Road

Dear Sir, My Grandmother had a 10 cents of land, which was partitioned into 7 cent and 3 cent for my Mother and Aunt respectively back in 2015. The entire property was given to my ancestors as "Kudikidappu" by a landlord years ago. Our 10 cent is sorrounded by the landlord's property. We are using their land to access the Panchayat Public Road Since many years. Now the late landlord's Successors are planning to sell their properties without considering a pathway for us to access the Public Road. 2 years back, when I needed a loan by pledging the property one of the landlord's Son agrees to give a 10links of pathway, which is not through the usual part we used to access, but at a far end of the 10 cents. This will be an indirect pathway for us, as it connects only to the 3 cents my Aunt helds. And till now he/the party have not provided the proposed pathway in writing to us. Now they are kind of levelling their land to make them ready for sale without considering our path. After completing the levelling works, they will be fencing the property thereby closing our usual pathway. I have a father who us handicapped and needs a vehicle access to our plot in case of emergencies. Considering these facts, suggest me the best possible solution. Thanks
