Company appointed another wholeseller in my localtiy without prior information

I am a wholesaler for various brands along with company(which is a Candies, Biscuits, Chocolates and other food products company). I had no written contract with company but I used to get their products for wholesale, I used to get the bills as the super stockists from the company and used to pay them in the official bank account of the company. All of a sudden, company decided to have a new super-stockist in my area of sales (with contract) without any prior notice or warning or any sort of information provided to me. Now I have a major stock of their food items which got expired because of this move of the company and they are not taking the stock back(for which I've already made the payment). I've written mails to the official email addresses to the company and received no response. No response from the person I used get the products from. It is complete loss of my money solely because of this move of the company. Please provide a legal advice, is there a legal way which will make the company to take my stock back and refund the money?
