Property Dispute

Hello Sir, My Mother purchased the property in her name in Sep 2009 and we took some home loan from LIC HFL Ltd of 16 Lacs with the condition that installment will be pay by Me and my brother only. However, In Aug 2017, my brother stopped depositing installment in bank account. From Aug 2017, I am only making payment to the LIC HFL as whole amount of installment every month till date and it will get continue till Dec 2026. Now on July 28, 2021, my Mother who was the owner of property got expired due to diagnose with Cancer Last stage which was non-curable. When My bother and his wife heard about mother illness, they refused to pay any charges and demand for share in property due to which my mother prepare a Notarized Will in the presence of two witnesses stating that after her demise, Property share will be only my husband, me and my sister. Due to disrespect showing by my brother, my mother wrote 7.80 lacs as share of my brother as full and final payment in will of property. After my mother demise on July 28, 2021, my brother asked for the share of amount on the next day. I after consulting with my friends and relative agree to pay 7.80 lacs as full and final payment on the condition that he needs to vacate the property with performing below paperwork: 1. General Agreement for taking advance on Aug 16- He took advance of 2 lacs in cash in the presence of two witnesses stating that he agree to sign all legal formalities in the Sub registrar office with peaceful possession of vacating the property till Oct 16, 2021 2. Relinquishment Deed on Sep 3, 2021 - He and other remaining legal heirs signed the relinquishment deed in Sub Registrar office on Sep 3 and took 4.60 lacs via Bank DD from me to relinquish their share each in favor of mine. 3. He and his wife agree to received rest of 1.20 lacs as full and final settlement payment on Oct 16, 2021 and will vacate the property on the spot which was written in General Agreement done on Aug 16. My concern of questions are as below: 1. Is my brother still put any dispute in future for me? 2. Can he refuse to vacate the property post receiving of full and final settlement money? If yes, then what I can do legally for the eviction of property as i believe the relinquishment deed in favor of mine had gave me power as the owner of property. 3. What I need to do in advance so that my bother and his wife will not refuse to vacate the property on Oct 16?
