Report fake escort service for extortion of money

Dear sir, I contacted an escort service agent on +[deleted] and asked about how it works, he told the rates, on hourly basis and asked for some registration amount around 500/- which I paid. later he sent some photos of some gs which definitely seemed to belong to a nice family, and asked to select any one of them. I randomly selected one of them and proceeded further. He shared a phone number claiming that it belonged to the escort I selected and said I can talk with her and arrange a meeting. I called up, she picked up and asked where to meet, I mentioned the location. She then asked to make full payment 1.e. 2600/-, which was done by me despite of being sure that it's a trap. After that when it was time to meet, she started to ask for more money 5000/- as security deposit. AS I was determined not to proceed further. I didn't pay and disconnected contact. The guy kept calling and was trying to convince/persuade, but I only asked for refund and nothing else. He gave some excuses and promised to refund within few minutes but later on he didn't receive calls.. I knew from the beginning that this was a trap,, but somehow went ahead to gather some information about it. All I managed to get is their phone numbers, an exported chat (I deleted the whatsapp chat out of fear), the numbers to which payment was made through Paytm, when the payment failed to one of the numbers the guy also shared details of a bank account. Now I want to report this incident but also want to maintain my anonymity, I am least bothered about my loss, But I went to research about this and found shocking possible consequences of such incidents. Many people have posted their complaints about their photos and phone numbers being used for such illicit purposes. The innocent girls might not even know that their personal information extracted from social media platforms is being used like this. There were also cases of blackmailing. A weak hearted victim might become depressed and might end up harming him/herself. Please advise how can I bring this to the notice of police..
