What will happen to interim maintenance applications filed by wife if husband withdraws his Divorce

What will happen to interim maintenance applications filed by wife if husband withdraws his Divorce case/petition? HELLO, MY HUSBAND had filed for divorce petition in 2017 and same was contested by me over restitution of conjugal rights. I had then also filed an interim maintenance application on the same Divorce petition. For two years, my husband kept adjourning dates and avoiding any income prof submissions. We had already submitted my income proofs. He and his lawyer kept remaining absent all through the dates and so a no say order was passed on him over my application. In the next hearing when the court was to pass an order he submitted his withdrawal. We contested this move as malicious and motivated and so the court decided to continue the interim maintenance case but the withdrawal was accepted. This happened in December 2019. Since then, the courts haven't been very functional and only two dates had been functional where in under the new Supreme Court judgment an income affidavit is mandatory. In the last recent date we have submitted my income as well as husbands income proof. Now, I would like to know will the court if insisted by the husbands lawyer refuse to proceed with the interim application by me ? I am worried. Will this application be called /termed void even when all the moves by my husband were to avoid the order in my favor. Ps. So far he has never submitted any income documents to support his say. They have only always denied my say in their reply. Where as in the latest affidavit we have proved his dishonesty beyond doubt.
