Consideration deputation period as regular service

Respected sir, I am working as Senior Assistant in APTRANSCO (erstwhile APSEB) which is an public sector undertaking of AP Government. Initially I am an employee of APSPDCL (erstwhile APSEB) since 12.10.2000. In the year 2010 due to medical reasons I was deputed to APTRANSCO and further the deputation period is extended time to time up to 5 years. Subsequently I was absorbed into APTRANSCO. In the mean time the AP state is divided and Options has been called for the employees to work in either the successor states in the year 2019. I have given my option Telangana on medical grounds. But, the APTRANSCO management has not considered my option duly stating that I am not an employee of APTRANSCO as at the time of bifurcation i.e. 02.06.2014 I am working on deputation from APSPDCL. Further it is to submit that, in the case of Kashi Nath Purohit vs Union Of India on 18 July, 2012 and other similar cases the court has ordered that the respondents are directed to treat the service rendered by the applicant as Programme Operator/Console Operator from the date of initial deputation to the date of absorption as regular service for the purpose of considering him for promotion as Programmer Grade-A/Assistant Director (system) from the due date and promote him as such from the said date. In view of the above, i submit that, my case is also similar to the above, i would like to ask my management to consider my deputation period as regular service and consider my option to TS State. Please guide me in this Regard. Thanking you. SK KHAJA MYNUDDIN
