Can Housing Co-op Society allow Visitors with RTPCR Negative Report, on selective cases for urgent n

Dear Sirs, Re: Can Housing Co-op Society allow Visitors with RTPCR Negative Report, on selective cases for urgent needs. Society has 7 Corona cases- to be declared Mini containment Zone in Pune- Not allowing my prospective Tenant to visit my Flat. I am a retired person, a CANCER survivor, depending on the rental income of my only flat, 2 BHK, rented out in Pune. The Society has 7 Corona cases- to be declared Mini containment Zone in Pune- It is not allowing my prospective Tenant to visit my Flat. The administrative rule says, in mini containment zones, the entry for visitors is restricted. Last year also the Society did not allow my Tenant to move in and occupy the Flat for the same reason. I lost the rental income for 3 months. Now, I want to show the Flat to my prospective Tenants, to be rented out from 1st May. One of the News reports quotes, “RTPCR testing of workers who enter the Society should be done.”, that means any worker with a negative report must be allowed. I have requested the Management Committee to allow the Tenants if they produce a negative report. Kindly guide me in the matter, as I am not a businessman having many flats, but own only one Flat, and depend on Rental income, as I am 73+ and a CANCER Survivor. Kindly quote and interpret the rules of the Government/ Local Authorities, whether there is a total ban on Visitors to the Society for genuine and urgent needs of the Flat owners. Thanks for your quick response. G V Subba Rao Mob.[deleted] Pune.
