Employment Status

I have joined a state govt job training on the basis of document verification and one letter issued from office to send me to training centre.I have completed that training then was asked to come to alloted district but remained absent for 4 months due to covid lockdown.Then a letter is issued from head office that remaining training need to be completed and in that batch I found my name,and then I had gone to district and then joined and relieved same date on basis of that head office letter to complete that online training.I have completed that online training of 2 months. And when I again came back to alloted district and asked for salary formalities,to my suprise I found out that no appointment letter has been made and I have been not recognized as an employee.I applied for making appointment letter to concerned office with all documents and followed up.And after 3 months of rigorous follow up,the appointment letter has been made but they are giving me joining of current date only and not from training date. Thats why I have not joined that job from current date and not given joining formality on the current appointment letter, I have gone to sign an attendance on that office attendance register for one day only after appointment letter made and never gone after that, and also never given in writing of joining on this appointment letter before concerned officer,neither any formality of Salary or Employee code has been done till now. I had also given 30 days notice of resign on same appointment letter. So, how to find out about employment status of mine, whether I am employee of that department or not. I have not been paid single penny yet of any salary. Please guide.
