Rejecting offer contract after signing it

Hi, Can i reject an offer contract after duly signing it , can I be sued for the below . this what is mentioned under terms and conditions: The write up is as follows Conditions to Employment 1.1 Your employment under this agreement is conditional on the Company confirming to You that it has received such references, pre-employment background checks as the Company deems satisfactory. 1.2 As conditions of this agreement: 1.1.1. You warrant that You satisfy the necessary immigration requirements of, and are entitled to work in, India and will notify the Company immediately if You cease to be so entitled during your Employment. 1.1.2. You represent and warrant to the Company that, by entering into this agreement or performing any of your obligations under it, You will not be in breach of any court order or any express or implied terms of any contract or other obligation binding on You and undertake to indemnify the Company against any claims, costs, damages, liabilities or expenses which it may incur as a result if You are in breach of any such obligations. Date of Commencement of Employment 2.1. Your employment with the Company shall begin on 14th May 2021 (Start Date) 2.2. No employment with a previous employer counts as part of your period of Employment with the Company. 2.3. In accepting your Employment, it shall be deemed that you have accepted all the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions of Employment. 2.4. These Terms and Conditions of Employment annul any previous agreement whether verbal or written given to you at any time. 2.5. As a condition of your Employment (a) you should have validly terminated any pre-existing employment before the Start Date and submitted to the Company appropriate release letters or such other documentation from the previous employers; and (b) you shall, throughout the course of your Employment, be obligated to have a valid Overseas Citizen of India card or a valid work permit to be able to work in India with the Company. Failure to comply with this obligation shall result in immediate termination of Employment with the Company, without any prior notice or pay in lieu. 2.6. Your employment under this agreement is conditional on the Company confirming to You that it has received such references, pre-employment background checks as the Company deems satisfactory. 2.7. The first 6 months of your Employment will be a probationary period. During this period your performance and conduct will be monitored. At the end of the probationary period your performance will be reviewed and, if found satisfactory, your appointment will be confirmed.
