Adverse possession

My grandfather owned a property consisting of 137 cents. He sold 50 cents from the said property and remaining property was laying vacant since long. A Govt school is situated nearby and the school children used to play in their. After a long period and demise of my grandfather, my father went to the said property. By that time the school had constructed some building etc at our place. My father approached the court. The Court came into a conclusion that the property belongs to us but it is in adverse possession with the Government for more than 100 years so the case was dismissed. We had gone for appeal and case was against us in the same lines of judgment from the lower court. We did not move further th High Court. Now vide CIVIL APPEAL NOS. 6061 OF 2020 (Arising out of SLP (Civil) Nos. 467468/2020 @D..No.36919/2018) Vidya Devi Versus The State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors It has been ruled that The State being a welfare State, cannot be permitted to take the plea of adverse possession. In this case I would like to know the following:- a) If I move to high court can I get a judgment in my favor. b) What will be the approximate expenditure ie lawers fees and court fees. c) The land is in possession of the Govt for more than 100 years. Whether compensation if paid will be at the old value of land ie before 100 years or present value.
