Insaraf.com failed to deliver the product and not even cancelling the product

Hi Sir/Ma'am, I placed an Order #INSF359672133 for a king size kuber bed with SARAF FURNITURE on their website insaraf.com on 3rd January 2021. I was informed that the order would be shipped with in 6 weeks, i.e. before 14th February 2021, which i thought is ok and so placed the order. But they didn't meet the timeline. I contacted them on their Whatsapp and on call support in which they promised me to ship by 24th February 2021 due to incomplete finish job. On 24th, again they postponed to 27th February 2021. Again when contacted, they told 7 or 10th march 2021. Prashanth, Prerana, Vihan etc are giving different reasons and different dates. I asked team to cancel the order on 24th February 2021 through their emails [deleted] and [deleted] for which there is no reply from them. So, i am cheated by them which led me to have sleepless nights. Please let me know what to do to get the refund along with compensation as i already got irritated to the core. I have all mails/chats/transaction ref no's supporting the complaint
