Running Appartment Association in undemocratic way by Office bearers

We want to Send legal Notice to office bearers of the Association for undemocratic way of running the Association with inadequate knowledge and Incorrect Practices. 1. The Late Payment Charges for delay in Paying Maintenance was around more than 45%. The Monthly Maintenance was 3520 INR and if you delay by a Month then you pay per day 50 Rs /Day so it comes to 1500. Our Request was To Consider what is followed around and Nominal Late, acceptable and Reasonable late charges be levied. 2. The Maintenance Hike was 20 % despite of Noting the deficit every quarter, Such a Drastic hike if definitely challengeable and that to in Pandemic Initially It was passed anonymously then after challenging an AGM was called only limited members could attend due to pandemic travel restrictions, members located in Different countries and time Zone. 3. The Move in charges was really Huge, not in co-relation with other apartment in and around that locality and Bangalore. Despite of insisting the consent of all members on such important decision (above three) taken per Email or per Online Poll that’s was Not Considered. All the Other beneficial Subjects to the association members as per their Convenience like POA for association, Elections Nominee and Payments and other Communications are considered per Email, Online and Pert ADDA APP. We as members conducted the Online Poll with all the possible options most of the members do not agree to Impose the Association Rules undemocratic way. So, I wish to challenge them for such important decisions Why not Consider online Poll or better consent and options per Email and take the decisions in democratic way as per what Most the members opt for. If the Rolled-out changes are Not reverted and fresh Opinion is considered from all members in democratic & legal way, then we go ahead and file a case in the Court and also bring Stay in further function of association by bearers and be handed over to Third Party Professional Services. 4.
