Car Parking for 1BHK (645sft) apartment in high rise building 14 story in Bangalore.

Hi Sir, What is the RERA Rule for parking space in high rise apartment in Bangalore. Sobha Dream Acres where 1BHK (645sft) 14floor apartments with 550 units. As per sales there is covered or open free parking for 1BHK flats after moving in builder says there is no parking. long fight they allocated 100 odd open parking which is again used by visitors as well. As RERA doesn't mandate parking for 1BHK, if residents need parking we should pay 4.5 lakhs and buy it (not sure what is the exact size or flats to have mandatory parking allocation). There are parking under basement of this building which are now sold by the builder to who ever is paying. 2BHK flats (starting from 900+sft has basement covered parking allocated in the agreement. Sales person say it is as per RERA. What is the minimum size of apartment (in sft) as per RERA to get parking separately allocated as part of the agreement. Sobha brochure clearly says as below for 1BHK APPARTMEMTS CAR PARKING Covered/Open car parks for residents Open car parks for Visitors. This is clear cheating by builder. Please suggest what is the legal options for 1BHK owners in this case. Also confirm what is RERA and Consumer Laws applicable in this case. Thanking you. Regards, Purushothaman
