Adoption laws & process

We want to adopt newborn kid of my brother (In country, Relative adoption) and would like to complete the process with complete confidentiality and getting proper paper work so that all documents of kid are going to have our names only. Initially I was reading about the Adoption process & regulations (as per Justice Juvenile Act) mentioned on CARA and following is my understanding: 1. Register on CARINGS portal 2. Consent of Biological parent as per Sch19 3. Affidavit by Adoptive parents for Financial and Social status as per Sch 24 5. Petition in Court as per Sch 30 to get a Court order While talking to lawyers to help with adoption process, some of them were convincing me not to go via CARA and rather get Adoption Deed at registrar Office as according to them CARA process is longer and might need Home study report etc. But I also read that getting birth certificate updated with our names can be challenge in Adoption deed route as there is no court order. Kindly advise which route to go with (Adoption Deed or Court Order via CARA) and pros and cons of each approach.
