Fraud done with mutual understanding between Builder & Bank(SBI, Branch)

My name is Shaik Nafeezuddin working in private Company had approached to SBI Nagarjuna university campus branch thru satya construction pvt. limited for purchasing a flat in their project(Named " Mount Edge). Satya Construction Pvt Limited(Naming as "Builder") had taken an equity mortgage loan on the land where the Mount Edge apartment is been constructed. During the initial Formal procedure of loan processing, I came to know No Objection certificate(NOC) is needed from SBI, SME branch for further proceeding to registration. With help of builder, letter issued from SBI SME branch describing the subject as "Issuance of No Objection Certificate Intimation" for payment of ESCROW account XXXXXXXXX of builder of Rs. 10,71,429.0/- for discharging the liability. With reference to same letter & sale deed agreement, SBI (another bank) had sanctioned the housing loan. After completion of all the formalities related to loan processing, the loan amount was disbursed on 09.12.2019 ,the same day after registration has happened. What was concealed to me is the amount to be given to SBI bank, SME branch has not been happened even after the registration. But the total loan amount was disbursed to builder by SBI, Nagarjuna university campus Now, the SBI-SME branch is asking for re-payment of equity mortgage loan on this individual flat for releasing the liability. From past Nine months i have been paying EMI on time and during that duration there was no call or letter received from SBI-SME branch. I need your intervention, as disbursement happen to be not inline to the mark as recorded in one of the SBI branch( i.e. SME). With reference to the Notice issued to me by the Bank(SME Branch) saying that my flat will be auctioned if the amount is not re-payed. I request you to please help me out from this concern.
