Specific performance of contracts

Trial court having refused to grant specific performance of contract , passed it's judgement unfavourable to me. It was then appealed against and Calcutta High Court overturned the trial court judgement in my favour. High Court refused certificate of appeal to the opposite party. The High Court judgement was dated 14.01.20. The opposite party filed SLP with defect on 7.7.20. The defect has not been cured till date and the same appears under DEFECT LIST valid for 90 days. I filed caveat on 31.01.20 and the same having expired filed it afresh and the same is active. Queries : 1) How long the opposite party can keep the defects uncured?? 2) Why Supreme Court registry allowed the SLP to be filed even after expiry of 90 days?? 3) The FA judgement appears to be perfect and has not left any law points undecided and above all certificate to appeal was not granted, in this context what is the chance that SLP will be allowed ?? 4) If SLP is rejected , can the opposite party file Review petition?? And what is the time limit thereof.??
