Can resident owner get ban after being elected as GB member for not paying maitenance dues .

Respected Sir, I wish to seek your valuable advise for few discripiencies faced by me and my family by the resident owners association for the past Six years. To list the issues are as follows: a)The whole appartment consists of 51.no. of flats. Which includes 1pent house. 50+1. The stilt area was Is illegally used for construction of shops. No proper parking areas alloted to many residents. Im one of the victim. Few GB members have litterally occupied parking areas using dadagiri. of some some genuine owners. b) I was out of station for more than 9 years since the time i purchased my flat. The flat was leased only once for One year during my absence to my Coowners son (neighbour). He absconded within 6months without paying the rental charges. The Resident owners welfare let him go b'couz his father is a friend of the GB officials. Since then my flat was kept under lock n key position. But i was charged with all kinds of special funds citing various reasons like repeated repair works every offten. I had lodged a written complaint in 2009 stating there is severe seepage of rain water in my flat outer walls and action to be taken to resolve. But they never Bothered . I stopped paying maintenance till 2014. Then i decided to settle back in my flat in 2014.in my flat. I was terribly harrased and was not allowed to avail the lift services, my electricity power cut outs were removed citing i need to clear the dues. I litterally paid full amount along with Rs.15 K charges applied again for special funds. I paid Rs54K and had to get my power installed. Though i was paying for full year to electricity board in advance. I had requested them to give me an NOC with no dues certificate. They havent given me. I also insisted for statement of accounts copies for the previous 3 Years ie 2009.till 2014 as i was charged heffty special funds without any rectification done for my flat damages externally. They got offended and never gave me the details do far. I penned many letters to the Secretary but was in vain. Again during 2014 due to natural disasater Hud hud the secretary took advantage and decided to collect 4 Lakhs for damages caused and repairs. At that time he again charged rs.8k per house. But finally he missued the money and gave estimate of Rs.8lakhs saying money was insufficient and left half of the work unattended and hsnded over the association to the next body. During that repair works period since i raised objection He informed the contractor to damage my full flat internally citing repairs works can only becrectified from inside. My whole flat was damged. I still payed maintenance and requested the new GB body to rectify my flat but they refused saying its not done by them. I again stopped for a while demanding my repair charges internally. But i felt guilty and started paying the maintenance. Later they started to harash me when i too demanded for a car parking lot noticed occupying the parking lots. I again stopped paying demanding both.
