Am I eligible for gratuity and leave encashment or not?

I want to know Am I eligible for gratuity and leave encashment or not? My case is:
I started my service as clerk on 01.08.2012 in a public school namely "DAV Public School, Sector 03, Kurukshetra" which is run by DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi. Every year schools releave me and rejoined after few days till March 2016 (detail of dates is as under) but from April 2016 I serve their regularly without any break till 08.07.2020.
Detail of service:
From 01.08.2012 to 30.03.2013
From 02.04.2013 to 27.03.2014
From 02.04.2014 to 28.06.2014
From 07.07.2014 to 01.10.2014
From 03.10.2014 to 31.12.2014
From 02.01.2015 to 31.03.2015
From 06.04.2015 to 23.03.2016
From 01.04.2016 to 08.07.2020
In the month of April 2016 school management regularise my service.
Now I want to know
1. Am I eligible for gratuity and leave encashment benefits or not.
2. Weather I full fill the condition of 5 years regular service or not?
3. Is my service is without break because I serve more than 180 days in each financial year?
4. If I am eligible than how many years my service is calculated?
Please guide me and what is the legal procedure to claim the benifits
