I have been removed from Assam Rifles before 20 years of service i.e. after 19 years 7 months25day

Dear Sir, I submit a prepared case of a Para Military personnel who was compulsorily retired by Officers of Assam Rifles on self made disciplinary grounds. Matter was tried to filed in Guwahati High Court but at that time 3 more High Courts opened in Eastern Sector and Advocate asked additional Rs. 60,000/- to represent our case from Guwahati to Imphal High Court (where the Assam Rifles Unit was located). Please advise me if there any solution is available....Presently this Retired soldier run a tea shop on road side. 1. That the petitioner is a citizen of India and a permanent resident of the aforesaid locality. The Petitioner being citizen of India is entitled to all the rights and privileges as enshrined under the Constitution of India and the laws framed thereunder. 2. That the petitioner begs to state that on 6/12/2011 the petitioner sent a letter addressing to the Commandant, 15 th Battalion , Assam Rifles Assam, asking for issuance of Ex-Servicemen Identity Card from the Assam Rifles and accordingly an Identity Card has been issued in favour of the petitioner on 20/06/2012. A copy of the Ex-Servicemen Identity Card is annexed herewith and marked as ANNEXURE- 1. 3. That the petitioner begs to state that the petitioner joined the services under the 15th Battalion , Assam Rifles as sipahi in [deleted]. Subsequently the petitioner was promoted to the various ranks as he was sincere and dedicated towards the duty. 4. That the petitioner begs to state that the petitioner has sincerely discharged his duties to the satisfaction of the authorities concerned in last about 19 years 7 months and 25 days of his service under the Battalion and in view of his service career the petitioner has also earned three medals these are 1) Samanya Seva Medal. 2) Police (Spl duty) Medal and 3) 50th Independence Assam Medal. 5. That the petitioner was placed under 15th Battalion , Assam Rifles vide serial no. 1806 under C/O 99 APO and discharging his duties sincerely. While serving, he got information from the respondent authorities that he had to go for retirement and accordingly the petitioner was discharged from the service on 1/09/2007 without knowing the fact that while he was discharged he has not completed 20 years of service and the retirement was forceful compulsory retirement. A copy of discharge certificate is annexed herewith and marked as ANNEXURE-2. 6. That the petitioner begs to state that while the petitioner was discharged from his service without any notice and he has not also been served any representation for discharge whereas the petitioner has been discharged on disciplinary ground. This type of indiscipline acts was illegal and the respondent authorities have done this. 7.
