Absolute ownership after a registered Partition deed

My father had two properties during his lifetime as described below: 1. Residential Building in Seshadripuram, Bangalore Measuring 30 Ft. - North to South Measuring 90 Ft. - East to West 2. Residential building in Swimming Pool Extension, Malleshwaram, Bangalore Measuring 30 Ft - North to South Measuring 45 Ft. - East to West My Father’s Name was Sri. BN Srinivasa Rao, and my Mother’s Name was Smt. BS Lakshmidevamma. We were 3 brothers and 5 Sisters as children of my parents. My father died on 2nd February 1980 at an age of 70 Years and my mother died on 28th May 1998. In the year 1980, the above two properties were divided among all the children of my parents ie., 3 brothers and Sisters. The property located in Swimming Pool Extension, Malleshwaram was divided equally among 5 Sisters and the property at Seshadripuram was divided equally among 3 sons, through a Partition Deed. In the partition deed, it has been clearly mentioned about the property division among the Sons and Daughter. Now, my question is, once a property is divided among the children through a Partition deed, registered at a Sub Registrar’s office, will each one of us (the children of our parents) become absolute owners of their respective share? Thanks and regards
