Conveyance deed of land where building wise wing wise 4 cooperative housing societies exists

Dear sir, We have 4 wings/buildings in a residential schema, in pune, maharashtra.. builder has formed 4 individual societies A, B C D... one society for one wing.. The total area of land is 8 acres... this includes 2 acres of common amenities areas like swimming pool, garden, club house etc... Now question is >> 1. If each society goes for conveyance deed, then what portion of land will each get?? 6 acre by 4 or 8 acre by 4 2. There is small commercial space also which is building E (in about 0.5 acre land). So how conveyance will work in this case? 3. Is it advisable to amalgamate the 4 societies and form one society and then go for conveyance deed or we shall go ahead with individual wing wise conveyance deed? How much time it may take? 4. Please let us know approximate time required for 1 and 3 point conveyance deed and approx expense Note: we have 2 building with 43 flats and 2 buildings with 39 flats and 5 storey commercial building Any input and advise is highly appreciated Thanks!!
