Tenant not paid rent for 3 months and society charges for 6 months - can I evict soon after lockdown

My tenant has been staying at our property in Pune for almost 2 years now. We live in a different city, so all our communication has been over phone/whatsapp/emails. Since the last contract ended in April 2019, we have been asking him to send us the fresh contract, but he's always got some excuse. Since the end of last year, there have been some issues with the maintenance work that the society has been trying to sort out. Our flat being on the ground floor has had some impact because of this. It's a drainage problem that needs the pipes to be changed for the whole building (but the drains are on the ground floor of course). The society has been slow to act (most due to financial issues) and the tenant had expressed his desire to move out if things weren't sorted. Which we agreed to. However, he's not paid any society charges since October and hasn't vacated the property either. He's also not paid any rent since Jan this year. I have sent his an eviction notice, asking him to vacate the house as soon as the lockdown is over (by 15th April) and gave him one week to make the payment of arrears. He's asked for an extra 15 days to find a house after the lockdown and has asked for the arrears to be settled with the deposit. His arrears however have far exceeded the deposit (50k deposit vs 65k in rent + maintenance). I haven't even accounted for rent for April yet. And I'm very worried about the condition of the house. He has some pets and I fear the house won't be in a great shape, so I definitely would like to have some buffer from the maintenance for any damages. I've told him that he needs to clear his dues if he wants to stay even a day more than after the lockdown, but he still hasn't paid a single penny! What are my options now? Given the current scenario, can I ask him to vacate during the lockdown? Am I (by law) required to give him any extra time for making alternate arrangements? In the absence of the contract, can I take any legal action? Wouldn't this qualify as trespassing?
