Father s will against sarfaesi act proceedings

Dear Sir, we are 2 sisters and 2 brothers, father took an active part in younger brothers business and became a director of his company and took the company turnover from 3 crore rupees to 28 crores . Father reached heavenly adobe in the year 2014 and wrote a will on a stamp paper mentioning that he took an active part in younger brother business and never took a single rupee as remuneration and as per his commitment with younger brother, my younger brother would give myself and my sister 50% share on all the properties viz procured on his name and company name. My brother during the course of time had procured 3 storeyed house in Gachibowli of Hyderabad worth 50 MN , commercial flats worth 7MN in somajiguda , Hyderabad and a residential flat in hyderabad worth 7MN put together 64MN and he had mortgaged the same with a bank for his own business development , we thought that any way my brother would not be cheating us . Our elder brother also passed away and now my younger brothers business loans went into NPA and bank initiated sarfaesi proceedings against his company , bank issued 13(4) and now section 14 notices also to all these properties. After knowing this development we were initially surprised and shocked, still we have faith on our brother but if property been auctioned and sold out what happens to our interest in fathers will and property ? so we had filed a partition petition in Hyderabad court and same been adjourned to 10.06.2020 but before that date bank selling this property might happen, in this regard i would request you to kindly guide me whether can I seek any injunction order or stay on auction of property with this un registered will, some of my friends saying that under section 34 DRT would not entertain any petition . Kindly help us. If bank sells these properties we don’t find any way to safeguard our shares, please help.
