Still Parking as a Part of Club House

Dear Sir, We have purchased a 1 of Flat in the Complex of 600 flat. In the emianities builder have have proposed a Club House and for the same he has charged 50,000/- from each owner, But no any point is description is mention in agreement of sale deed. Also There is no official evidence is seen from builder side and on Govt. Website like RERA. that Club House will be the part of Eminities of said Complex. On the name of Club House builder have constructed Gymnasium with Gypsum Partition, and after objection from flat owners he has said G+1 Structure for club house is not possible because will be illegal. Instead of First floor Builder have asked to provide you a Indoor Games at Still Parking with. Note: 1. There is no Description of details of Club House 2. There is no legal Evidence of Club House 3. Use Stilt Parking as a Indoor games is legal 4. Do accepting this will create any issue in future for legal terms. 5. Most of flat owners know this fact but ready to accept, but I am not accepting. Please guide me what to do next.
