Stopping to walk in a path through which we enter our agricultural land

Dear Sir, We have a land in our native place (Padigelapalli Village) in Kadapa District, A.P. Since 1983, we are residing in this site and we are walking through a way which is a government site which is being used by villagers. One of our neighbors have filed a case in 1991 stating that we have no right to walk in that way and it is their property. In the year 1994, Lower court have given the judgement favorable to them stating that they are in the exclusive possession of that site. We have appealed to District court during 1994, in which all the documents submitted by the other party are proved to be forged and Judgement came during 1998 states that earlier Judgement suite is decreed making it invalid. After the final judgement since 1998, we have continued to walk and bring vehicles in that way which was not objected by anyone. After 20 years, now the other party people have constructed a wall in the government land blocking the way for our land when we were out of station and when questioned, they are threatening to manhandle us. Please suggest us what is to be done so that we can solve this issue.
