Regarding the deed of unregistered partnership firm

This is an interesting situation regarding an 'unregistered' partnership firm operating in Maharashtra 1) The unregistered partnership firm has 5 partners 2) with mutual consent the firm got dissolved in 2007. However, the dissolution process has not been completed. The firm partially used the dissolution at sales tax department. The PAN card of the firm is still active in 2020 3) One partner cunningly got a clause in dissolution that said that all the partners will retire in 2007 and the assets and liabilities will belong to 'him'. The assets are in Crores and liabilities are in few thousands of rupees. 4) Eventually the above mentioned partner died...and the company assets and liabilities are 'as is where is' Question: 1) Can other four surviving partners regroup and form a new partnership deed? 2) Out of four, three partners with 65% majority share wish to revive this unregistered firm. Is it possible? 3) Out of four, one partner is extremely non-cooperative in bring the unregistered firm back to life. Can we retire that partner? Can the remaining 3 partners form a new deed of partnership? 4) if the dissolution of the firm has not materialized completely, will it still be considered 'dissolved'? 5) If an unregistered firm is 'registered' with the Registrar of companies, can it be registered with the same and exisiting PAN CARD Number? will a new PAN card be Issued? 6) Will the identity of this firm change with the new registration?
