Resignation from govt job during probation

I am working as a group B non-gazetted in govt of India. I have not completed my probation period. I wish to resign from my current department to join a better opportunity under the govt of India in a different department. There is a provision of Technical resignation when one switches from one govt service to another. My queries are 1. What is the duration of notice period to be served by employee during probation? 2. Is it necessary to get a relieving order if I resign during the probation period under rule 5 (1) of the Central Civil Services (Temporary Service) Rules, 1965. 3. Which mode of resignation will be most suited if I wish to get relieved as soon as possible ? 4. I have been issued an Office Memorandum regarding missing photograph in the medical examination report submitted by me during appointment process but this was not mentioned during the document verification or joining. I have worked for around 1 year in the department. Will it be an issue if I wish to resign from the department...??
