1. A residential site in Bangalore registered in my father’s name and me on 11.10.2002, released to my mother’s name on 29.12.2003 by paying Rs 5, 00,000/- by me (actually they have not paid) and document for this, then gifted to my own sister (third elder sister) on 02.01.2004 by my mother, after that she died due to long illness on 12.09.2004. Two witnesses are my one of my sister’s son and my wife; release deed drafted my own brother who is no more, died on 29.11.2015. In the same manner one more house was gifted to my sister, that house was registered in the name my second sister and mother in between 1999 and 2004, both father and mother were expired in the year 18.08.2003 and 12.09. 2004 respectively.
