How to protect my rights in a gated community after letting to Bachelors

Sir I am owner of House (Land)plots in Hyderabad and after construction builder has allotted 42 apartments towards land owners share. After 5 years passed and an welfare association formed and working smoothly. In the meantime I have rented my apartments to company, fixed rent and maintenance charges to be borne by Company. Everything going smoothly. However, The Residents welfare association has proposed a new by-law stating that Flats can not rented to bachelors more so to companies. Number wise, they are all large , more and only wants to attack me in the meeting. Hence, I would like to know the following 1.If the by law passed by GB, then the existing contract period is valid or they will attack the tenants in my flats. After GB approval, they want implement with in a week 2.Is there any law/rule prohibiting to let to Bachelors/company lease as long as they are following the rules of association and harmony in the complex I request you to send a reply to mail id to [deleted]
