How to stop further steps and get stay order for proceedings under SARFAESI Act, 2002

I have obtained an Over Draft Loan facility from a nationalized bank against mortgage of my immovable property (own residential house) and availed a huge loan amount for my business activities. Since last several years (decades) the account is being running smoothly. The OD facility is being renewed every year promptly till last year. Because of several incidents like introducing GST, demonetization, etc., all of a sudden the business has been collapsed. Now I am not able to repay the said loan amount. While getting the above OD loan facility I have executed an agreement/ undertaking accepting all the terms and conditions levied by the bank. The said agreement has been executed only for a period of 12 months. After the expiry of the said period the bank is again taking the similar undertakings every year from me, but for a period of 12 months only duly signed and accepted by me. Such undertakings were given by me only upto March, 2017 and the said agreement/undertaking was lapsed by March, 2018. Later, I have not given any such agreement/undertaking letters to the bank. Even without any such agreement/undertaking letter issued by my me, the bank on its own renewed the OD loan facility for a further period of 12 months, i/e., upto June, 2019. Even that period has now expired. Even in such situations the interest due to the bank is paid by me till now. There is no due as part of interest is concerned. But the entire limit availed under the OD loan facility is still outstanding. Now the bank is putting pressure on me to repay the entire loan amount immediately or else it will take further steps to recover the due amount along with future interest and with such other charges/penalties levied, under SARFAESI Act, 2002. At present the account is not NPA, (but is suppose to be NPA by the end of this month). The bank is ready to take action as per the above SARFAESI Act and if necessary to approach DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal). Now the question is whether the bank has the right to take steps against me as per the above SARFAESI Act and to approach DRT authorities to recover the due amount from me even when I have not executed any agreement or undertakings after March, 2018. All such agreement/undertakings executed by me were already lapsed by March 2018 itself as stated above. Now can I challenge this in a Civil Court/Consumer Court stating that bank has no right to take action against me by applying SARFAESI Act or approaching DRT authorities to accept this case even without any agreement/undertakings executed by me. Is it possible for me to get a Stay order on the above reasons either from a Civil Court or from the Hon'ble High Court. Is it necessary for me to issue a legal notice to the bank in this regard in advavce stating the above facts.Kindly advice the line of action to be taken by me in this regard. How can I stop the bank in proceeding further so that I can fetch some time for repayment.
