Title suit and eviction

Hi there, my residential home was fraudulently decreed in lok adalat in Purnea Bihar by the person whom we knew in 2000. Later we challenged in high court patna and the lok adalat decree was set aside in 2015 and was asked to file a title suite in suitable lower court for next step. Since 2016, filed a case in lower court (munsif/sadar Purnea). It has been 3 year with very less progress as sending notice 6 month or more and then later paper publication,cross examination of witness. Since March,2019 was told that ex party hearing will begin. Now we are informed by local lawyer that since fraudster(absconding) has sold to other people (including his wife name) , we need to add them to party and asking us to gather the details...How can i get the details of the fraudeste? Isnt any role of court to do the investigation through executive body /resgistrar office...My question was when high court has already set aside the lok adalat decree and any sale/purchase of aforementioned property is null and void? Do i get this correctly. For me it looks like contempt of high court order but Its a roller coster ride court, staff and the person who is dealing. I am 76 yr old lady, my husband died in 2018 and i only hope to get right direction and possession of my house which we dream to be living together. I will appreciate right direction from learned advocates and fellow citizen. K Devi
