Name change process on all documents

Hello dear good sir, I am a little confused about my name change. Jotting down all the info in the list below to avoid confusion 1. In all my school certificates, college certificates, Aadhar card, PAN and Voter card the printed name is K PRASAD. 2. On PAN card printed name is K PRASAD, but I don't know the real/full name in PAN database (PAN created via an agent and he mentioned something for K which I don't know and I am not able to get that full PAN name). Now when I wanted to change my name to KARTA PRASAD (regardless of printed name), PAN authority is asking for a valid document with KARTA or a gazetted office signature. 3. Creating a new passport is also asking for not to use initials. I want to 1. Correct my PAN name 2. Create a new passport Questions 1. Do I have to change the name on all the documents? If yes, where to start? 2. If the name change in school and college certificates not required, and only change on Voter ID, PAN Card and Aadhaar are enough for Passport creation. Will it cause any problem with my future employment during document verification as names will be different on school certs compared to the government IDs? 3. Continued to point 2 in questions, which document should I update first in order? 4. I am from south India where initials are mentioned before the actual name (like my name - K PRASAD, where K/KARTA is family/surname and PRASAD is my name), which I've been using from the start. Is it a good idea to change like PRASAD KARTA instead of KARTA PRASAD? And also I am going to change the name anyway, will it make any difference if I add NAIDU as the surname at the end? Asking this because PRASAD comes under surname when filling most of forms and PRASAD is not my surname, it's my name. Options to choose from - KARTA PRASAD, PRASAD KARTA, KARTA PRASAD NAIDU, and PRASAD KARTA NAIDU. 5. How to fix this Your help is much appreciated.
