Car parking

We bought a 2 bhk flat in bangalore 3 years back. Our agreement reads "..... Having a Super built up area of 936 square feet along with one covered car parking measuring 180 Square feet provided in the stilt/basement together with proportionate share in common areas such as passages, lobbies, staircase, corridors....." Each floor in our apartment has 3 flats of size 1100, 1005 and 936 square feet each. The builder has divided the car parking slots based on the size of the flats meaning bigger car parking for 1100 Square feet flat owners and smaller car parking for 936 square feet owners. The bigger parking lots can accommodate 2 two wheelers and one car where as the smallest parking lot can accommodate either two 2 wheeler or one four wheeler. Now we plan to buy a car but we cannot accommodate our two wheeler as well as 4 wheeler in our parking lot. Also we have a small area for common parking which can be used for a rent monthly. So now my question is 1. Is it right on the builder to divide the parking lots based on the size of the flats. 2. Can we ask the rest of the flat owners to divide the common area parking lot amongst the 4 small flat owners so that we 4 owners have a dedicated parking for one 4 wheeler as well as one 2 wheeler. 3. As per the agreement does it mention that the parking lots have been divided based on the size of the flats?
