Can buyer go to court on time lapse agreement

We have sold 65 cents agricultural land to some X person , he pais 1/4th amount and made non registered agreement on 20/08/2018 for 6 months and 10 days, agreement time has over on 31/03/2019. buyer failed to get the land registered by paying the other 3/4th amount with in the agreement time. between these time one of my family member made another agreement dated 08/08/2012 by using forgery signature, and he filed a suit on 04/02/2019 and he does not have stay or injunction order, IA is pending. I have sent a lawyer notice to my muyer saying that there is no IA for you can pay the remaining amount get the land registered, then they replied like the land is disputed ans it's in pending at count we will get registration only after case clear from cout. Finally I said them to we have a rights to sell and registered to any body so you can get registered other wise as per our agreement i'll sell land to you, i will sell my land to others said directly to him. Now their plan is we will go to court and we will pay the 3/4th amount to court will get the land land registration. so please advise is this possible to my buyer or what i can do.
