I need step wise procedure for registration of a prohibited property,
Can some one guide me the easy process on how can register a prohibited property?
This is a patta land registered with the owner registered under him on 2006.
We under gone an agreement to purchase on 2016 but till today I am fighting with sub-register to register the property under me as he says as per the records this property is under prohibited properties list cannot be registered now..
I came to know that there is some process to get such prohibited properties to exclude from such list and get it registered but here I cannot believe any one as I already wasted money and time..
I came to know once of the lawyer suggests three things
1. Get NOC from the district collect -- what is the process to do this?
2. Get NOC / rectification from the bench of team formed for such lands(comprising of the subregistered - surveyers) - What is the process to do this ?
3. Get to Civil court and ask them for advices - This I can get from local lawyer and follow up ?
