Grandfather's Property Division

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this mail regarding division of my grandfather's property among his three sons. My grandfather who passed away on 2011 did not write his Will, nor divided his property among his sons. After his death his Elder Son(My Fathers elder brother) take initiative for this property division with the permission of my grandmother and prepare legal documents about the division in the total plot is divided into two ,1 part goes to the elder brother and the second part goes to the other two sons(my father and the other brother). But when I study the documents I came to know that the division is gone through our house and the way to the house is common for both(my fathers second brother and my father) and also we do not have the right to sell the property until our grandmother is alive. So now it is in a situation ,if the land is divided we will lost a part of our house and also we cannot sell the land to a third party individually as some parts of the property is common between my father and my fathers 2nd elder brother. So I kindly request to give me a good advise to sort out this issue . Many Thanks in advance and looking forward to hear from you. With Regards, Shijo
