Land mortaged by Builder after apartments are ready and handed over

Hi , I bought a flat in Gandhinagar , Gujarat in the year of 2012. I have paid partial payment and remaining money using home loan. During i proposed for home loan request, i checked title serach report and there is no burden on land or project by builder. I gave token money to builder in year 2011 and process for home loan in the year of 2011, full payment done by 2012 and registration done in the month of May '2012. While before giving possession to owners builder took loan from SBI - cash credit ( for project development) on land of the project - while the project is already completed. SBI did not mention burden on the land for another 2.5 yrs ( till 2014) and suddenly they came to retrieve their money from flat owner what they gave it to builder and threaten to seal the flats while i am paying my borrowed money to bank. Bank/ builder has not opened escrow account while paying money to builder. Now , all indian banks has stopped giving loans on our property if we want to sale to other party. SBI is not solving dispute with builder. Builder declared him self bank corrupt. The case is in court from last 7 yrs but no solutions as there are 3-4 judge changed in to district court and every time we have to explain them the case. We have already filed Criminal and civil suit against builder and consumer case too. Builder got jail for 1.6 yrs but we are still floating with no decision made by court in our favor.
