Gate Issue in Apartment.

I am a property buyer and I live in an apartment in Greater Noida West. But the builder here has saved some money and build a very small gate in which for pedestrian for the incoming and outgoing there is one small gate, which in the peak hour is so busy that it is difficult to trespass. If you compare to another at the centre apartments there are two gates in every apartment, and every gate in the left hand side and right hand side of the RFID there are two separate pathways for pedestrian one for outgoing and one for incoming. Even after buying a property I personally feel that I am a tenant with no rights in. Even if one gets properly built with proper pedestrian inlet and outlet that things will smoothen. Even the one that is in outlet, which is common for inlet and outlet has a staircase and is not slopy, Which makes it difficult for the pedestrian.
