Seeking help regarding permanency and right for a teacher

Good evening I have been working for one of the reputed schools of Delhi, India. It’s a private School located in the prime location of west Delhi. I was appointed as Hindi Teacher (PRT) on 15th October, 2015 on consolidation salary with an appointment letter mentioning expiry date till May, 2016. I continued to work with same salary after that. I got married in February. 2018 and gave birth to my daughter in 03rd March, 2019 and the last day of my in School was on 1st March, 2019. During my pregnancy period, I didn’t receive maternity leave and I worked for entire nine months of my pregnancy. The new session in schools in Delhi begins from April every year. I called in School during last week of March, 2019 to ask School authority when can I join, and then the HR of the School gave me the shock of my life that I am no more part of school and school has discontinued my services. Since then I have been fighting. I approached School authority, claiming my rights mentioned in Delhi School of Education Guide, 1976 and DOE. But School is giving different excuses every time I visit. They were not replying of my mails so I had to seek help from Women’s Commission. And, when I was called to have a talk with them, they confiscated my phone, didn’t allow my brother (who accompanied me to school) to sit with me during this conversation and taken me to a place where there is no camera is installed. Now I have been informed that school was not happy with my performance and produced all fake documents in the name of Observation Sheet, where there is no signature of of mine ever shown asked to take. The HR also had this audacity to tell me that I am not a qualified teacher. I hold a Master Degree in Hindi Literature, with B. Ed from IPU and CTET holder. Now I want my job back with scale as per to Delhi government, payment for my maternity leave and lost respect. Please help me what can I do to fight for my right. Thank you Sincere regards J
