Registration with DNC

Dear and Respected Sir, Hope this letter of mine meets you in good health and spirits, thanks for giving opportunity to associate with you online and seek legal advice regarding legal matters. Sir, I want to discuss a case whether something can be done and with judicial interference help in this matter or not. I am a 25 years old unmarried female from Delhi working as Staff Nurse. I did my ANM Course (Auxillary Nurse In Midwifery) from Delhi and got registered with Delhi Nursing Council around 5 years back. On basis of this registration, I was working in various hospitals of Delhi. As you know we need to upgrade ourselves so I decided to do GNM Course which is of 3.5 years duration. As I did not had any knowledge of colleges so one of my well-wishers helped me get admission in a Nursing College in Bangalore. I paid my fees, gave all of my exams and completed my 3 ½ years course in GNM with good marks and also got registered with Karnataka Nursing Council. As I was from Delhi, want to work in Delhi. So as per rule I went to Delhi Nursing Council for registration as GNM Nursing Staff. During submission of my documents it was found that My college from where I did GNM course in Bangalore was not in the list of Indian Nursing Council (INC). So DNC refused to receive my documents for registration and told me to get Status of Institute from INC. I went there and gave my application for the same and also sent e-mail to them but there was no response from their side. I approached my Nursing school also in Bangalore and they gave some sympathy and told to help but it was told that they have filed some case against INC and still it is under process. Many of students from same college are registered with Haryana Nursing Council in Haryana with same qualification but Delhi Nursing Council is refusing to register as they claim that we follow only INC list of institutes. Also nowadays, there is provision of Unique Nurses ID Card which will enable a staff nurse to work anywhere in India. I registered in that also 6 mths back in Rohtak but ID card is still not ready and is under process. When I applied for that my Institute was there in their list. I was happy that if this card is made, I ll be able to work all over India including Delhi. Still this is under process and also my name is not there in rejected list of candidates. Sir, as a girl student I am in dilemma what will happen and very much concerned about my career. I am eldest sibling from a middle class family with Single Parent (Mother) and 2 younger brother and sister. I did my GNM course also with financial constrains but completed somehow by Lord’s Grace. So now I have already done my course and don’t know what to do with my registration. I went multiple times to the DNC but they are not entertaining in this matter. So I just want to have legal advice from you that whether something positive can be achieved in this matter and DNC may register me and my qualification.
