Pay protection

Was employed with Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (autonomous body, fully owned by the Government of India) for more than 07 years in a substantive grade, from where I applied in uttar pradesh Government in 2014 through proper channel. 2 In 2014 by examination and Interview from the public service commission , I was selected as a ‘Direct Recruit’ in UP State Government. 3.Subsequently, I submitted ‘Technical Resignation’ in the KVS and after due acceptance I was relieved on 22nd December 2004 and joined the New Post in 24th December 2014 ‘with the benefits of Past service as admissible under rules’. During acceptance, I requested for Pay Protection to the Competent Authority. 4. After joining in the new post I applied for pay protection and counting for past services. Recently they have informed me that the request for pay Protection is rejected because there is one day gap between old and new service and therefore break in service 6.Since my pay was fixed at the minimum, I have been suffering huge financial loss. 7.Now I want help in this matter whether pay protection is admissible or not.
