Unfair Job Termination

Hi. This is regarding a doctor who is a specialist and joined a corporate hospital on contractual basis with provision of yearly renewal of the contract. She was asked to work with a particular consultant as the areas of interest in the subspecialty matched though her job title was for the entire department. During the next 6 months the hospital kept harassing her for performance proofs while the said senior consultant did not let her perform in any way. She was unaware of corporate politics having come fresh from Govt hospital setup. 10 months down the line she was told that the contract wouldn't be renewed as the seniors doctor's wife had been mailing the CEO alleging an affair between the 2. The junior doctor asked for proof but was told that the senior guy is the main business provider and so his demands will be given importance to. Just before the completion of the tenure when the said doctor had arranged for a job in another hospital she was called and asked to stay back. She re-joined the next year but her contract renewal letter was delayed. She worked for 2 weeks and again called to say that it needs to be terminated as the senior guy refuses to stay if she stays back. After 10 days she is called back to say that they have re-considered the decision and she should join work. Again after 1 week she is told that there was a mis communication and she has to leave. This episode has caused tremendous mental trauma, harrassment, public insult and financial loss the the doctor. What are the merits of the case both if there was or there wasn't an affair. What right did the hospital have to terminate the job based on an unknown complaint? Even if there was an affair shouldnt the hospital have asked both the doctors to leave? Even if the hospital took a decision why did it move back and forth on the decision and cause further insult to the said doctor. Request you to give your views on the merits of the case
