Redevelopment of mahada cessed building under dcr33 (7)

Builder and landlord are one and same now questions are 1)builder is doing notary of redevelopment agreement. can notarised agreement be used as evidence 2)he is providing 425 square feet carpet area to people doing notary. but only providing 340 carpet area to people insisting on registration of temporary agreement. we want to register how can we get same area as other doing notary are getting 3)he is saying he will register permanent alternate accommodation agreement once the building is demolished and within 6 month after obtaining cc. is it OK. 4)he is sending notice to tenants for not cooperating and is also saying that we will be evicted from our home under section 95a of mhada act. as he is having 51 percent consent under notary. 5) he is saying if you don't cooperate and sign notarised agreement he will provide only 300 square. foot carpet area and put us in transit camps of mhada far away from our area. to others who has signed notary agreement he has given rent 20000 per month. now what should we do. 6) also he is not giving bank guarantee. kindly guide us when we should vacate our premises and shall we compulsory go for registered temporary agreement.
