Land transfer scam to SRA

Respected sir I am one of the 9 land bearers having godown properties at ghatkopar.e N ward since 1948. Property was belonged and named perin Bhai irani chawl. We have relevant property documents and correspondence with relevant government bodies showing our existence .we have being doing businesses since decades. Somwhere in 1980 dp road was proposed thru our land and bmc acquired land from land owner. Bmc proposed us alternate shifting but it never happened practically. Our total land between 9 godowns is 13800 sq.ft. In year 2000 and SRA project was commenced behind our godown properties. Our property never came under slum area. To our surprise our land was transferred to SRA without any notice or noc in year 2015. By BMC issued annexure II without talking noc from estate SRA issued revised LOI gaining illegal Fsi TO developer TERRAFORM REALITY formerly EVEREST DEVELOPER with the help of local politicians bmc officials and SRA authorities with blessings of POLITICIANS. Our question is how can BMC transfer our land into SRA without any notice or noc in which act or law enpowers MCGM to transfer our land into SRA just for benefitting builder TERRAFORM REALITY Fsi 66000sq.ft. which law enpowers the SRA to extend the boundary of the SRA scheme to include 9 commercial structures which are not slum areas. Giving illegal revised LOI. As per compensation law wat are our rights. The developer offers 225 sq.ft on 2nd floor in slum rehab bldg. Against our godown properties measuring [deleted] sq.ft variably. On our complaint on PMO greivence portal instead of investigating the SRA BMC OFFICIALS blame each other for transfer of land to SRA without any notice or noc. SRA authorities puts on MCGM as they gave annexure II and MCGM puts on SRA that they gave revised LOI.
