Property rights transfer

My father and my uncle( my father brother )have one property which was inherited from my grand mother . My father sold share of his property to X person and later on my self purchased that share of property and currently it's in name of me and my uncle. My father had a loan which was default and as that loan a fraudlent loan was sanctioned by a psu bank and they have file case in DRT and even DRT sent attachment order for said property which was incorrect as property was not mortgage and it's in my name and my uncle name who are not part of that loan we are fighting with DRT to remove that order.my father also filed case in court for that loan which is a fraud case loan sanctioned.a Later on my uncle got sick and he passed away 1.5 yr back as he was not married I was taking care of his health and everything. Now for some reason I want sell that house . But property half owner ship is my uncle name. Local lawer said my father can claim that share and he can give that share to me by giving NOC. I am worried because that DRT order says which was sent to my father that he cannot sell any of his property . So is that possible that uncle share can be transfer in my name or my real brother's name without having my father name involved . My father is ready to give NOC for it. I just want that share should come in my or my brother name.any legal problem if my father get it or transfer to us with regards to that DRT attachment.
